Policies
Booking & Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.
Travel:
Travel within 15 miles of Cooper City, FL is included in your booking. Any distance beyond that may require a small additional fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the deposit.
Late Arrivals:
Please be ready at your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion.
Environment & Setup:
Please provide a clean, quiet space with good lighting and access to an outlet. For spray tans, I provide a pop-up tent. For facials and lashes, a couch, bed, or recliner works perfectly.
Health & Safety:
For everyone’s safety, please reschedule if you are sick or have had recent contagious symptoms. All tools and products are sanitized before every appointment.
Professional Boundaries:
I maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.
